According to the statistics shared in the infographic, 47 per cent of flexible workers reported sending more emails and making more phone calls to be seen to be working hard.

Do you make yourself more conspicuous when you’re not in the office to prove you really are working? Are you under pressure to do that? Do you work longer hours when you’re not in the office?

Certainly, there are upsides of flexible working. We believe work is a thing you do, not a place you go. But as Richard here at WorkSnug always says, there’s romance in flexible working and there’s reality!
